Erica Springer

Erica Springer is a senior at Virginia Tech majoring in Management Consulting and Analytics with a minor in Organizational Leadership. Originally from Richmond, Virginia, she is passionate about problem-solving, strategy, leadership, and finding innovative ways to help organizations grow and succeed.

On campus, Erica is actively involved throughout the Pamplin and Virginia Tech communities. She is a member of Collegiate Women in Business (CWIB) and Management Society, serves on the Management Advisory Board of Students (MABS), and is an MPACT Mentor, helping support and connect fellow students within the Management Department. Erica is also a member of Gamma Phi Beta, where she serves as Vice President of Public Relations.

Professionally, Erica has gained hands-on experience across marketing, leadership, and training and development. She serves as a Marketing Department Associate within the Pamplin College of Business and most recently completed a Training & Development internship with Virginia Green, where she gained experience developing and supporting employee-focused initiatives.

As she prepares to graduate from Virginia Tech in May 2027, Erica is excited to continue building on these experiences and pursuing opportunities that combine consulting, strategy, leadership, and organizational development.
