Title: Client Relationship Manager
In her latest role appointment, Ivy is the acting Client Relationship Manager (CRM) for Cigna’s Enterprise Operations, Service Solutions & Delivery team. Aligned to 2 of the 4 growth segments for Cigna, Ivy is the acting business conduit ensuring the delivery of segment-level priorities via innovative operational solutions and industry-leading service delivery strategies.
Ivy, an experienced leader and advocate of vulnerable populations, rejoined Cigna in August 2018 leading Strategy & Execution for the Medicare Advantage segment. Ivy brings close to 15 years of industry experience in the “Seniors” space spanning product delivery, performance management and strategy development leadership roles.
Prior to joining Cigna, Ivy led Joint Venture Strategy and Operations with CVS Aetna, standing up Aetna’s first Medicare joint venture with Inova Health system. In 2018, Ivy drove the Allina Health Aetna JV partnership as a part of Aetna’s value-based care model.
Ivy is a proud HOKIE and graduate of Pamplin, receiving her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Virginia Tech in 2003. She later earned her MBA from Howard University.
A voice in the DEIB space, Ivy was featured in the Spring 22’ edition of Equal Opportunity Magazine. Ivy has formally accepted an invitation to serve on the Marketing Advisory Board, for Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech beginning Fall 22’. She currently resides in Alexandria, VA but can be found jet-setting new adventures with her 11 year-old daughter Peyton.
