Katie Kantz

Katie Kantz is a senior majoring in Construction Engineering Management under the Myers-Lawson School of Construction at Virginia Tech. She grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania before heading to Blacksburg to continue her studies.

As a Marketing Department Associate, she works with a team of other students to update and improve the Virginia Tech Marketing website. In addition, Katie works to execute the week of Homecoming at Virginia Tech. Under this role, she manages the Homecoming Court which consists of 10 students. She is also a member of Virginia Tech's club golf team.

Outside of Virginia Tech, Katie enjoys hiking all the local trails in Blacksburg, cooking and baking, hanging out with friends, and watching the Steelers play football.
