Katie Kantz

Katie Kantz is a senior majoring in Building Construction under the Myers-Lawson School of Construction at Virginia Tech. She grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania before heading to Blacksburg to continue her studies.

As a Marketing Department Associate, she works with faculty and staff on various events on campus while also updating the Virginia Tech Marketing website. In addition, Katie is a member of the student alumni associates, where she helps run campus events, such as Homecoming.

Outside of Virginia Tech, Katie enjoys hiking all the local trails in Blacksburg, cooking and baking, hanging out with friends, and watching the Steelers play football.
