Erica Springer

Erica Springer is a junior at Virginia Tech majoring in Management Consulting and Analytics with a minor in Organizational Leadership. Originally from Richmond, Virginia, she is passionate about problem-solving, strategy, and finding innovative ways to help organizations grow and succeed.

On campus, Erica is involved with Collegiate Women in Business, where she builds connections and develops her leadership skills alongside other driven Hokies. In addition, Erica serves as an Office Aide in the Pamplin Marketing Department, supporting daily operations and assisting with department communications. She also works as a Campus Manager for Fresh Prints, where she manages marketing initiatives, engages with clients, and helps expand the brand within the Virginia Tech community.

Erica enjoys learning through hands-on experiences and is excited to continue exploring opportunities in consulting, leadership, and business strategy while making the most of her time at Pamplin.
