Julie Talbot

Julie Talbot is the Global Chief Executive Officer of Lansinoh Laboratories, a trusted global brand supporting mothers and families across more than 70 countries. With over two decades of experience in consumer packaged goods, Julie has built and scaled brands across personal care, beauty, and wellness, with a focus on innovation, modern marketing, and consumer-centered growth.

Prior to becoming CEO, Julie served as President of North America, where she led brand modernization, innovation, and growth initiatives. Her career includes leadership roles at Bluemercury, The Honest Company, Mars, Burt’s Bees, and Godiva.

A proud Virginia Tech graduate, Julie credits much of her career trajectory to the mentors and experiences she gained at Pamplin. She is deeply committed to giving back, especially supporting students as they navigate their own paths and encouraging them to think boldly about what’s possible.
