Dean Smith

Dean Smith is a junior majoring in Business Information Technology with a concentration in Operations and Supply Chain Management and a minor in Organizational Leadership. Originally from Charlottesville, Virginia, Dean is now pursuing their education at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, where they have consistently made the Dean’s List.

In addition to being a member of the BIT Club, Dean is also a Marketing Department Associate, where he assists in running the Virginia Tech Marketing Department’s social media accounts, websites, and daily operations. 

Outside of academics and work, Dean enjoys spending time with friends, playing sports, and going on hikes! Dean’s dedication to teamwork and innovation makes them an invaluable member of the Hokie community.
