Yinjie Pan

Biography

Yinjie Pan is currently a first year PhD student in Marketing at Pamplin College of Business, Virginia Tech. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Ivey Business School, University of Western Ontario.

She is passionate about the utilization and advancement of quantitative tools for consumer analyzation and development of managerial strategies. Her research interest focuses on word-of-mouth effects and online reviews, especially the application of machine methods for unstructured data.
