Jesus Burgos

“Jesus Burgos is a junior majoring in Sports Media & Analytics and minoring in Digital Marketing Strategy. He was born in Venezuela, but has lived in Alexandria, Virginia for the majority of his life. He joined JMAB to foster new relationships with current and future students of the marketing department. He is also excited about connecting with faculty and alumni.

Along with being a member of JMAB, Jesus is also a part of a faculty led, student run marketing agency at Virginia Tech called PRISM as an account executive. He also holds a few other leadership positions such as being the fundraising chair for a nonprofit organization called Students Helping Honduras, being a mentor for the Pamplin Undergraduate Mentorship Program, and being a service manager at Chipotle.

In his free time, Jesus enjoys watching and playing sports, hanging out with friends, and nurturing a few of his hobbies such as photography, cooking, and building Legos.”
