Erin McNaboe

Erin Brunst McNaboe is a brand builder and marketing executive with more than twenty years of experience as a visionary leader and strategic thinker, effecting change and achieving outstanding results. She is highly skilled in marketing strategy, branding, public relations, event production, and community outreach.

Erin is currently Director of Marketing at Eagle Title, one of the fastest-growing attorney-owned and operated title companies in the mid-Atlantic region. She is developing the strategy for advertising, branding and culture.

Before Eagle Title, Erin served as Director of Marketing for Luminis Health, a $1.1B health system in Maryland. During her time at Luminis Health, McNaboe launched a new brand during the COVID-19 global pandemic and oversaw the $4M marketing budget. 

Erin spent 15 years growing the regional brand, Rams Head Group, a nationally recognized restaurant and entertainment group. During her tenure, McNaboe served as President and supported the family-run restaurant's growth, branding, and business development to a multi-unit restaurant and entertainment group, producing 700 concerts annually and generating more than $20M in annual sales.

Erin holds a bachelor's degree in marketing management from Virginia Tech; she earned her global business concentration at the Steger Center for International Scholarship in Riva San Vitale, Switzerland. In addition, McNaboe is pursuing her master's degree in Digital Marketing from the University of Alabama. Erin lives in Annapolis, Maryland, with her husband and two boys. She carves out significant time for serving the community and enjoys traveling and time on the water with her family.
