Matt Stallings is a Vice President and Principal at ASGN, one of the largest and most respected Engineering & IT staffing and services firms in the United States. He started as a Technical Recruiter and then moved into an Account Management role for 4 years in the New York Metro Office. After working as an inside and outside sales rep for the firm he then went on to become the Managing Director overseeing the Maryland operation for 4 years. He then transitioned into a corporate role where he oversaw and spearheaded the National Sales Training Program for all of Apex. He created sales training content and delivered workshops on sales skills, sales methodology, and best practices to over 800+ reps nationwide.
For the last 2 years, Matt has been running the National Accounts Division all across the nation for one of ASGN’s business units called Apex Life Sciences. Prior to his time at Apex, Matt worked for Sears as an inside sales presentative for 4 years while going to school at VT. Matt received his B.S in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech. When not working, he spends as much time as possible with his family, two kids and dogs. He enjoys golf, fishing, coaching sports, and has a passion for VT football.
