PRISM, Virginia Tech’s premier student-run marketing agency, is proud to be supporting Deloitte’s commitment to Veterans and the Veteran community. Working with Deloitte, the student team is helping to create opportunities, strengthen community connections, and make a meaningful impact that empowers Veterans and their families.

“This effort represents everything we stand for at PRISM. What began as an introduction through our marketing department to Deloitte Hokies, facilitated by Kevin Lane, has evolved into something extraordinary. After my initial presentation, Spencer Hollis, a managing director at Deloitte, reached out to explore creating a mentoring collaboration,” said Donna Wertalik, PRISM Founder and Professor of Practice. “Months of planning have culminated in the launch of our joint initiative. We're not just teaching marketing—we're doing it at the highest level alongside industry leaders like Deloitte.”

“Working together with Deloitte has provided an unparalleled opportunity to grow as young professionals while contributing to work with real impact,” said PRISM Account Manager Olivia Hope, a junior in Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech.

“I’m thrilled to collaborate with my alma mater on a high-impact marketing campaign. The innovative spirit and creative energy the VT PRISM students bring is inspiring, and I look forward to the progress we’ll make together,” said Lauren McGroarty, manager at Deloitte.

Together, PRISM and Deloitte are deepening their shared commitment to Veterans – combining innovation, service, and expertise to help empower those who have served.
