Donald A. Gresh, III (“Trey”)
Trey Gresh is a highly accomplished financial services professional, currently serving as Client Advisor at Glassman Wealth Services, a top tier financial advisory firm managing close to $2 billion in assets.
A 2014 graduate of Virginia Tech with dual degrees in Marketing and Finance, Trey's academic journey was complemented by his commitment as a student-athlete, earning a full scholarship in football under Coach Beamer. Notable highlights of his collegiate years include contributing to the team's victory in the 2010 ACC Championship, as well as memorable appearances in the Orange Bowl, Sugar Bowl, Russell Athletic Bowl, and Sun Bowl.
Post-graduation, Trey seamlessly transitioned into the financial industry, gaining valuable experience at an internship at Morgan Stanley in New York City and subsequently joining Family Office Research in Northern Virginia. In June 2022, Trey embraced a new chapter in his career by joining Glassman Wealth Services, where he provides his clients investment, financial, and wealth planning solutions, contributes to strategic decisions as a member of the investment committee, and enjoys mentoring new employees.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Trey is a devoted family man, married to former Virginia Tech soccer player Shannon Mayrose. Together, they share the joys of parenthood with their son Donald A. Gresh, IV ("Drew"), and eagerly anticipate the arrival of their second child in the spring of 2024. Along with family and friends, he finds joy in outdoor activities such as yard work, fishing, hiking, and exploring the vibrant landscape of northern Virginia, all while passionately cheering on his favorite sports teams, especially the Hokies.
